Big house in a Great Neighborhood

A luxury well maintained house in Hod-Hashron within 7 min walk to 4 seasons park.
A 4 levels that includes 300 square meter of construction giving all guests the space they need to stay very comfortable.
Every bedroom includes : AC, Smart TV , large balcony, full bathroom and closet .
Nice back yard which includes outdoor furniture and gas BBQ Grill.
The kitchen and living room space are very large and includes fridge that is set up for Shabbat and Yom top for Jewish religious people. Only 12 miles from north beach Tel Aviv.
There is enough space for 12 people .
The basement floor can be used as a separate unit that can host 3-4 people.
please inform as if you are coming more then 8 people to reserve the basement floor for your reservation.
