칞한경적. 너무 오래되서 낡음. 관리는 잘헌편. 겨울인데도 날 벌래들이 실내에 있음. 수건 샴푸, 치약, 휴지는 적당히 있음. 가격대비 실망스러움.

리뷰 관리를 하셨으면 좋겠어요 물 안나온다 벌레 많다 관리를 안한다 물론 벌레 사체들도 있었고 환기구등 먼지랑 구석 구석 찌든 때들도 보임 하지만 리뷰만큼은 아님.. 여튼 걱정한 것보다 방 따시고 잘 지내고 왔습니다 가성비 갑!!

전면 리모델링전엔 방문 비추

진입로가 좁아서 중간에 다른 차 만나면 아주 난감합니다. 풀이 우거져서 관리가 안되는 느낌이 들고 입실하니 특유의 옛집 냄새가 계속 납니다. 에어컨에서도 청소 안된듯한 냄새가 계속 나고 여기저기 삐걱거리고 수리가 필요한 곳이 많아보이나 전혀 손대지 않고 있네요. 화장실 바닥은 물기가 조금만 있어도 너무 미끄러워 위험합니다. 8시쯤 체크인했는데 길에 조명도 하나도 안 켜져있어 대체 사람 있는 곳 맞나했습니다. 15년전쯤 왔을 땐 좋았던 것 같은데 이젠 너무 실망해서 다신 안 찾을 것 같습니다. 체크인/아웃할 때 만난 직원분이 친철한게 유일한 장점 이었습니다.

최근 십년 이내에 가본 숙박시설중 거의 최하. 친절한 사장님은 계셨으나.. 문열고 들어갈때부터 거미줄을 걷어내야했고 방문을 열고나니 퀘퀘한 냄새.. 퇴실하고 난 뒤 짐과 옷가지에서 그냄새가 쉽게 빠지질 않고.. 에어컨 화장실 모두 냄새가.. 그나마 난방은 짱짱하게 잘 되어서 2박 일정에 1박이라도 잠을 잤고.. 아무리 연휴대목이지라만 그가격에 이정도 퀄리티면 다신 찾지않을 숙박지. 개선하지 않으면 미래가 밝아보이진 않음.

귀곡산장 리조트

급하게 당일 예약을 하고 해가 떨어지기 전에 찾아갔던 현대 수 리조트 리조트 상호가 변경되어 있어 잠시 어리둥절 했으며 리조트 바로 옆에는 나무 벌목을 하고 있던지라 덤프트럭이 왔다 갔다해서 놀랬다. 건물은 멀리서 육안으로 봐도 무지하게 낡았으며 통나무 독채 숙소는 들어가는 입구도 비좁고 가파른 오르막 내리막 주차하고 내리기도 후덜 후덜 했으며 독채 룸 상태는 방충망에는 벌레가 집 짓고 알도 까고 청소도 안 되어있었다 너무 무서워서 그곳에서의 숙박을 포기하고 나왔다 환불도 규정상 안되어서 숙박료만 날렸다. 다녀본 호텔 중 최악이다 귀곡산장 같다.

건물 관리가 필요합니다. 건물외관은 정비가 필요합니다. 침대는 너무 냄새가 나서 바닥에서 잤습니다. 에어컨은 거실에 1개밖에 없고 용량도 너무 작아 방에선 더워서 잘 수 없어요. 온수 사용하면 방이 뜨거워 지는 건 왜그러는 건지 모르겠네요

예전엔 아주 괜찮은 리조트였을거 같은데 지금은 오래되고 손님이 적어서 그런지 관리가 아주 잘되고 있다는 느낌은 적었지만 하루 정도 묶기에는 나쁘지 않았어요.

여러모로 불편함이 많은 곳

숙소에서 프런트 데스크까지 산을 넘는 기분으로 다녀야 하는 불편함 및 시설사용등에 대한 제한이 있어 가격대비 별로였습니다. 1박 후 추가 1박하려는 계획이었는데 굳이 그럴 필요성이 없는 숙소 였습니다.

편안한 숙소

이름은 리조트라고 나와있지만 펜션입니다. 지도에서 찾으실 때는 제너두펜션으로 찾으셔야해요. 조금 오래된 느낌의 펜션이지만 관리가 잘 되어 있고 공간도 넓고 무엇보다도 겨울이었는데 숙소가 엄청 따듯해서 좋았습니다. 웰리힐리스키장과 매우 가까워요. 스키 타고 등 지지기 딱 좋을 것 같네요. 특히 복층이었는데 올라가면 완전 찜질방이었어요
