Rommet var romslig, rent og fint, litt trafikkstøy, men helt ok. Frokost var enkel , men meget god. Middag med forett og hovedrett var meget gode og porsjonene var store! Personale var meget vennlig og hyggelige og stedet var strålende med hund. Prisen var hyggelig og stedet anbefales!

Fint hotel i nærheden af et supermarked. Stille og roligt kvarter. Værelset rent og pænt. Rigtig god ide med myggenet for vinduerne. Morgenmaden var god. Aftensmaden var ok - en anelse konceptagtigt og meget hurtig servering.

Falsche Angaben, schlechte Kommunikation, laut

Angeboten war: Doppel- oder Zweibettzimmer, unter Details: zwei Einzelbetten. Bei Anreise nach 22 Uhr sollte man vorher Kontakt aufnehmen. Gebucht und ins Kommentarfeld reingeschrieben, dass bitte eines der Zimmer Zweibett sein solle und wir Spätanreise seien. Keine Reaktion, also am Anreisetag morgens angerufen. Ja, Spätanreise kein Problem, hat sich Namen notiert, dann würde Umschlag neben der Tür kleben. Wir kamen 0:45 an. Dröhnende Musik aus Nebengebäude (Hochzeit). Haupteingang zu, kein Umschlag. An der Bar wäscht noch jemand ab, zweite Kollegin plaudert. Beide schauen in unsere Richtung, reagieren aber nicht auf Winken und Klopfen am Fenster. Also angegebene Handynummer angerufen. Andere Gäste lassen uns rein, die Damen kommen zur Rezeption. Wir hätten den Chef aus dem Bett geklingelt, da müsse man vorher Bescheid sagen (hatten wir ja, Notiz war aber nicht angekommen). Nein, Zweibettzimmer habe es seit Eröffnung noch nie gegeben und würde auch nie jemand verlangen. Zimmer waren groß, Betten wg. Matratzentoppers nicht trennbar. Sauber bis auf Flecken am Bett, Haken vom Duschkopf in beiden Zimmern kaputt. Musik ging mindestens bis 2 Uhr, um 6 Uhr saßen wir senkrecht im Bett wegen extrem lauter Kirchenglocken. Frühstück war recht gut. Auschecken bei einer anderen Dame, die uns noch nicht mal einen schönen Tag gewünscht hat. Eine Woche später sind immer noch Zweibettzimmer angeboten. Fazit: gut ausgestattetes Haus, aber das Personal redet nicht miteinander oder dem Chef.

Ich war aufgrund von Corona der Einzige Gast im Hotel; trotzdem war der volle Service verfügbar. Das Hotel wird mit viel Engagement, Sachverstand und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und geführt. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen.

Schönes Hotel mit Potenzial in der Organisation

Schönes neues Hotel in guter Lage, Große Zimmer. Frühstück war teilweise leergeräumt und es wurde nicht kontinuierlich aufgefüllt Negativ auch die Abweichungen zum bestätigten Preis lt. Hotels.com und was das Hotel verlangt hat, Differenz 15 Euro.
