You use a private, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, and a 4-burner stove. The house offers mountain views, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and step-free access inside. Oil and acrylic paintings of Höxter as well as striking aerial photos create an interesting atmosphere during your stay.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace outside with seating, table and chairs, and your own garden area. You can enter the house from both the street side and the terrace.



Two shared parking spaces are available on the property, and you can also park in tandem. Pets are welcome. In the lockable shed you can store two bicycles together; additional storage is available in the basement, which is accessible via an external staircase. Events are not allowed on the property.



The historic old town is only 750 metres away, a supermarket is directly opposite, and two bakeries are within 300 metres. A cycle path at Räuschenberg leads to the R1 towards Holzminden-Hameln, while the route towards Beverungen runs through the old town. Your hosts live 400 metres away towards the old town and are easily reachable if needed.
