"Es gab für uns keinen Aufenthalt, unzumutbar, da wir zum einen eine dunkle Kellerwohnung vorfanden und auch nicht behindertengerecht, da eine steile Treppe hinabführte ohne Geländer oder dgl. Der Eingangsbereich verschmutzt und was als Terrasse bezeichnet wurde, vollkommem verwahrlost war. Die Wohnung total dunkel und die Außenbereiche von hohen dunklen Mauern umgeben.
