What makes this vacation home unique is its ski-in, ski-out location: you literally step from the door onto the slope. In winter, you can enjoy perfect snow conditions and direct access to the ski area. Styria is often referred to as "the white heart" of Austria, with beautiful ski areas in the vicinity, including the Hohe Tauern ski area right at your doorstep and cross-country skiing trails just a few minutes away. In summer, it is the ideal base for hiking, mountain biking, and experiencing nature. The area offers plenty throughout the seasons, with many mountain lakes and thermal spas in the stunning Hohe Tauern mountain range, providing ample challenges for hikers and mountain bikers alike. In short, it’s a modern and comfortable vacation home in a top location where tranquility, nature, and sports come together perfectly.
