I liked the breakfast, live counter for eggs , omelette and soup . we also ate a lot outside as there were some many places to eat in Hoian The rooms very super clean , big and fantastic view of the paddy fields . Pool overlooking the paddy fields was so relaxing There is a beautiful courtyard with gentle breeze . This place is away from all the busy old town area but its < 4 min taxi ride ( grab is cheap ) or you can cycle there . You can walk across to the paddy fields or cycle around it . I highly recommend this place

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are massive and well furnished with really comfy beds. The pool area is lovely although the pool itself was a bit chilly in January! The staff were friendly and polite. The surroundings are beautiful, with free bikes you can take into the paddy fields or into town. The location was perfect for us, it was about 20 minutes to walk into the town or a very cheap grab. There is also a shuttle that takes you and brings you back from the old town as well as the beach. I had seen a few reviews about the noise from the road but our room looked out onto this and the noise was minimal in our opinion. Breakfast was good, with a good buffet and fresh egg station.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel in general, nice location on a not so busy street. Surrounding area is a bit dirty which might be expected near a rice field. Once at the hotel the service was good but the communication before check-in was not (barely audible phone, English was not great and not a quick response to my emails which could have made up for the second part)
