"Hotel is at the Riverside just a few minutes walk from the old town across a small bridge. Our stay was flawless from check-in to check-out. The staff made us feel incredibly well-cared for throughout. We also booked a city tour through the hotel, and the coordinator was excellent—taking the time to discuss all the details with us. Our driver, Michael, was fantastic—very attentive, safe, and punctual. Everything ran so smoothly. Highly recommended!"

"This was our third stay at this hotel and we noticed some changes that were not so positive. For example, there was very loud music played around the pool area daily (even though there was only 4 persons around the pool), along with a happy hour promotion that advertised “free flow drinking”…that gave an impression to be in a bar or at a tacky all-inclusive resort, which prevent any relaxation on the balcony to enjoy the view. They did turn the music down after we complained to the manager, but we were told that this is the type of marketing that the hotel is aiming for now. Also, the bicycles provided were in very poor condition, same as two years ago, very rusty and malfunctioning brakes. You would expect more from such a nice hotel. Besides that, the room was very comfortable and clean, very responsive staff and nice breakfast buffet."

"The location is great, good price, the room had air conditioning and the fridge worked. It has the necessities and a nice pool. The only thing I will say is make sure you don’t take the water bottles out of the room.. the water is “free” but the container is not. That should have been explained to us when we checked in, we had to pay 100,000 dong for a water container. "

"We have a great experience at The Saga Hotel. Our room and the common areas were always clean, and the buffet breakfast was very tasty; had something for everyone. Free daily shuttle bus to and from the Old Town and to the beach. We will be back again!"
