All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming . From start to finish, We were treated with such care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The overall facilities were excellent and truly made our experience unforgettable."

"Perfect hotel for our stay in Hoi An. Great location. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was the best of six hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Pool was lovely after a day out adventuring. Close to the action. Hotel has some character. Our room was spacious and clean. Tried the restaurant for dinner and had a fabulous meal with live traditional entertainment. Service by the staff exceptional. I can't think of anything negative to say about the Signature. It was definitely 5 out of 5."
