I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location. The subway is nearby and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo.

A good, functional stay for those looking for clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is a bit of a walk (unsheltered from elements) from the main train station, think 10-15 minutes depending on your walking pace. Too close for a taxi ride, a bit far for those with lots of luggage.
The only disappointment was how crowded it was - it’s extremely popular as a newly built hotel, and I actually had to wait 5-10minutes for a shower cubicle to open up in the public bath area (this was after 10PM). Laundry facilities are shared between male/female and comprise of 3 washer/dryer units.
Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay.
