"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"Our entire stay was wonderful! I stayed with two of my children while house hunting. It was very clean, very very nicely decorated, and I just really enjoyed everything. Food was great and the owners were amazing! So helpful especially with it being our first time in Japan. My family will definitely be coming back! "食事の時にテーブルごとに声かけてくださり気持ちよく食事ができました。　 とても大満足でした。 ただ、温泉も朝と夜で入れ替わるので2回入るのですが、タオルをフロントに借りに行ったら料金がかかると言われました。今までタオルが有料って言われたことがなかったので、衝撃的でした。ただ、その施設のルールもあるのでそれはいいのですが、タオルは有料になるということをもっとわかりやすく周知しておいてほしかったです。"

"Owner is very nice, they provide free Onsen which is hot enough and they also allow me to go shower and onsen after I check out to hiking on Daisen. The location is very close to bus stop, very convenient."

The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."
