"Very charming unique hotel. Took a private tour with a Harvey Girl. She had tons of interesting history of the Hotel, she was very entertaining and made it very enjoyable. She spent 3 hours with us. She is a dosant there and her name is Peggy. The food at The Turquoise Room is fabulous. 😋"

"Jacey (sp?) was our check-in clerk. She was very pleasant. Everything was explained to us and we were in our room in about five minutes. The room was clean and inviting but did have a odour about it, not a bad one, but as though it had been closed up. We found everything there very clean and maintained. Once we were in and had the doors open bringing luggage in etc the room aired out…it just needed fresh air! There was a mixture of new decor and older nicely put together. The bed was super comfy and we had a good nights sleep. There was good wifi plus a variety of channels on Direct TV. Spoke with Sujan, the Manager who was on duty the next morning. He was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is the usual cold cereal, waffles, toast, coffee (could be stronger), and some fruit. I did notice (and liked) how very clean the breakfast area was. The large windows in particular were spotless! That speaks volumes about their attention to cleaning detail in my books. For the price point, the room was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent & convenient to the I-40, and has ample parking if towing. Should also mention the convenient off & on luggage loading at the (ground level) room. Bonus! As snowbirds, we’ll be back. "

"We reserved the mobility accessible room which was great but there was only one handicapped parking spot (which was right in front of our room) but was already occupied when we got there. It would be helpful to have a couple at least. Otherwise, great place, and very friendly helpful staff!"
