Sugar Cane Ridge No. 23 is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom colonial style residence located within the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Resort. The villa, nestled in the front row of the ridge, overlooks the beautifully manicured short-game and putting areas and offers unobstructed panoramic views of the golf course set within a magnificent flourishing tropical landscape.
Featuring a fully air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area, a Miele-equipped kitchen, private plunge pool and covered outdoor dining terrace, this elegant and tastefully decorated villa is ideal for family holidays and island retreats. On the ground floor, the stylish Master suite offers a King size bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck; which overlooks the golf course, and surrounding garden. Also on the ground floor, the first guest bedroom also offers direct access to the pool deck, and shares the second bathroom with Guest Bedroom 2. Each of these bedrooms can be configured to facilitate King size or twin beds. The elegantly decorated 4th bedroom is located mid-level at the entrance of the villa and offers an en suite bathroom and King size bed.
Guests of Sugar Cane Ridge 23 have access to all Royal Westmoreland social amenities, including the Sanctuary communal pool and gym, the tennis, the Club House and the exclusive beach club at the quiet Mullins Beach. The Mullins Beach facilities also offer guests a beachfront deck with direct views out to the sea. A free shuttle service operated by Royal Westmoreland or use of a private members-only parking at Mullins B is available to guests of the villa. For the avid golfer, the privately owned villa also has social membership for their guests.
Guests of Sugar Cane Ridge 23 will also benefit from the five-star concierge, which will assist in arranging travel, car rental, booking restaurants for dining, chef services, babysitting services and island activities.

If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week) Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:

Fabulous property within RWM , perfect location to the club house and sanctuary. We had a car which is not essential but very convenient for exploring and grocery shopping. We will return -)
