You have 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal, as well as a spacious kitchen with living area. The house offers mountain views and features private Wi-Fi, TV, and a private barbecue for your comfort.



Enjoy the private garden, which is ideal for barbecues or breakfast in the sun during summer. The open terrace provides additional space to relax after your mountain adventures.

You can reach the center of Zell am Ziller in just 3 minutes by car. The free ski bus stops right at your door and takes you comfortably to the Zillertal Arena ski area for unforgettable ski days. After active days, you can spend cozy evenings with friends in the house.



Please note that check-out on the day of departure must be completed by 9:30 am at the latest. Waste separation is mandatory and strictly monitored; if the recycling rules are not followed, a fee will be charged.
