"Great location in town with beautiful gardens. The amenities were well thought out. We enjoyed our little apartment and would highly recommend. The cottages with patios in the garden looked amazing."

"I would rate our stay a 2 out of 5. Let me explain why.We stayed in the Cambridge Room at the Belvedere, and there was actually a lot that we liked about it. The room was interesting, clean, and had a lot of character. It also had a charming little dormer-window sitting area that we absolutely loved. The grounds were beautiful, the building itself was great, and overall, we really liked the room.Unfortunately, the bed was awful. It appeared to be two box springs stacked on top of one another,...

"The Belvedere Estate was a beautiful building and the grounds were very nicely kept but I would not recommend the Abbey Room. The mattress was very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on springs, definitely not a refreshing weekend of sleep. The room was incredibly hot - the estate has AC, but with the home being older, no cold air was coming out of our vents and windows barely opened to allow for air flow. I felt the advertised “delicious continental breakfast” was lacking for what...

"This is an amazing establishment. Warm and inviting with the first step through the door. Whether you are feeling romantic, stressed, in need of outdoors, or just a wood burning fireplace... this is the spot. Spa service excellent. Food excellent. Five star review"

"The breakfast was sufficient. The location is good but a bit off the beaten path. There appeared to be many long term residents that cook in their rooms and the aromas permeated the hallways and our room. Although this was not problematic for me, it might certainly be for someone sensitive to aromas. Overall, good stay for the price."
"Our only complaint is the map that the front dest gives you states there is a car charging station just next to the hotel, the map indicates its in the parking lot. We walked looking for it and when we could not find it, the front desk told us there isn't one there and don't know why it shows up on the map. Perhaps, have that removed from the map so that people don't rely on it."
"My son and I were very impressed with this hotel! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, the breakfast was wonderful in the morning, and the staff was fantastic!"
