Beautiful backyard with great pool, hot tub, and fire pit area. Kitchen was "fully" equipped. Great outdoor and indoor eating areas. Spacious parking area. Good location. We had a great stay and hope to rerurn. Thank you!Suggestions: Bathroom showers need updating. Outdoor gas grill had excessive grease buildup and could use cleaning. The propane gas tank was not turned off when we arrived, which could be a safety issue.

2nd annual siblings, cousins, girls only weekend

16 family membwrs from 18 to 75 stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect. Walk to downtown restaurants in 5 minutes.House was imaculate. Sleeping arrangements were great, beds were very comfortable. We love all.the different spaces to hang out seperately but also large enough outdoor space and dining room area for all of us to spend time together. It was perfect. We already started looking at other properties owned by the host since to experiance was so good.

Great house!

We would definitely rent this house again. Tons of space for everyone in our party. Loved the large table we could all be at for meals at the same time. Back yard was amazing!

Very nice for large families

We were very impressed with the outdoor amenities of the property: pool, hot tub, fire circle, landscaping and all the pool accessories and outdoor furniture were great for family fun. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil and small appliance one could need. The interior of the house was a bit aged but adequate. Fennville is a very nice small town walking distance to grocery, restaurants and the library - which our kids enjoyed.

Great Family Space

We spent the weekend with our adult children and the space was perfect for our group. The backyard is secluded and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The house easily accommodated 6 couples. We will definitely return.

Family get together

We enjoyed the house, the pool, hot tub and the fire pit area. A long dining table was great for our large group. The deck was being refinished and we wished it was done before we arrived.

Great Place

We went for a ladies family vacation. There was plenty of room for all 20 women!!! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, etc. the coffee pots do need updating and the chairs in the dining room were a little aggravating, but overall it was an awesome stay!

Overall a great space

This house wound up being an excellent spot for my friends and I. Rick was communicative and helpful before and during the stay. Checking in was simple and clear. Check out was easy. We did need to clean many of the dishes, pans and silverware we used through the stay before we used them. Some of the rooms were not quite as clean as we would have hoped, but it wasn’t a major issue. I hope they add different exterior lights by the pool to help making hanging out outside easier. The house had many many, many of the things we needed and the group all agreed we appreciated its amenities and location.

Just what we were looking for

We wanted a cozy place that could hold ~20 people for a winter weekend getaway and this place was just what we had in mind. The hot tub was one of the best ones we've come across in all our trips. The house had plenty of space for relaxing, playing games, and hanging out. The kitchen lacked a few items that would have made cooking and cleaning up a bit easier, but we managed to make everything we wanted to by getting creative. Will be keeping this one in mind for future trips.

Fun in Fennville

My group does a yearly trip to a destination and we chose fennville for this year's. The property has everything you need (pool, jacuzzi, bon fire pits, full amentity kitchen, etc) and just a stones throw from downtown fennville. The property itself was amazing and spacious. The owner, Rick, and the property, manager, Yolanda, were both helpful with any questions or accommodations. I would highly recommend again. We usually go out and about to different nearby cities, but we never left the house as everything we needed was there. 11/10.

Pool Plus Kids

Six adults with four children between 4 and 1. The house exeeded expectations on roominess and pool/beach items. The house shows wear and tear but clean and funtional with ample cooking untensils. The beds were vey comfortable. The hot tub was a big hit. Only less then possitive items were the cleanliness of pool. Surface water was clean but pool bottom had hair and other debris. And the jacuzzi jets in master bath did not work, but this was known prior to visit.

Great size house for big families

We had 18 people that ranged in age from 6 to 77 and everyone enjoyed this house. It did not feel cramped or crowded. The house is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook several meals a day. We loved that there was enough seating for everyone at the indoor table and the outside tables as well. There is lots of lawn furniture and floats for the pool. Everything is high quality and the beds are very comfy. The kids loved playing in the big yard and in the nearby school yard, baseball field and basket ball court. We have already booked for next year.

UL Annual Family Vaca

For the price it was OK. It is a little dated. The house was tidy but not what I would classify as truly clean. Missing some basic kitchen stuff like baking pans and a toaster. Rained hard one evening and water showed up in the basement. Just enough to get stuff wet on the floor in that room (6th bedroom). TV in the basement was broken (reported to property manager). Location was convenient to beach and towns (10-15 mins). Located in town so limited activities within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The kids loved it!

8 Families, AMAZING Time

We booked this property for a group of college friends (15 years after graduating) and our families. We had a total of 16 adults and 7 kids (ages 4 to 1 month). There was plenty of rooms/space/amenities for all to have privacy, but be able to spend a super relaxing weekend all together. We had zero issues with anything in the house or on the property. The pool was great for the kiddos and plenty of pool toys were available. You are close to Oval Beach which was a great time, and the house even has beach chairs and umbrellas to take along. Plenty of parking for 8 cars. Anything you could need was available in the kitchen, and having the second refrigerator in the garage was huge for us. Highly recommend this property for large groups, or just a big family. Other than going to Oval Beach, we spent the rest of our time at the house (3.5 days) and were able to keep 23 adults/kids happy. Also, the town of Fennville (which is walking distance) has everything you would need after your check in.

Family Trip 2023

The home is definitely a bit dated from the photos online. However, the space is great for large groups. We did see a mouse in the home and the owners did not seem to be surprised by this discovery. The owner also never cleaned the pool throughout our stay even though it was in the paperwork that they would clean it on Wednesday. The pollen this week was out of control so it was very hard to keep clean each day. The convince of the pool was amazing though and our family loved using it all week. I would recommend bringing pool towels and bath towels because there were not enough for us. You may also want to bring baking sheets because the kitchen only has one. If you go to a beach the drive to South Haven is definitely worth it. We had some mixed reviews about the home but overall we had a great trip.

Annual family vacation

We arrived and were pleased with the property even though the location was a little more distance to the lake than we thought. The kitchen and house and pool were all as advertised. We did arrive to all the trash and recycling bins over flowing from the previous tenants. I contacted Yolanda and was told she was sorry and the trash would be picked up soon. We did have some plumbing issues and Yolanda contacted the handyman. I Sent a message to Rick regarding trash looking for a special pickup and he said to put all trash out they will pick it up on Tuesday. He stated they already had paid extra for multiple bins. The next day the handyman showed up to address the plumbing issues, He informed us the hot water heater and the shower valve we inquired about would need a plumber and the owner would contact us about a qualified plumber to make these arrangements. Tuesday the trash bins where emptied but not the recycle items or any of the items outside of the bin as instructed.. the trash was supposed to be picked up on Friday but once again no one showed so know we left all bins full and the recycle bins full from our previous tenant. We were never contacted with any info regarding the shower or hot water from the owner as told by the handyman. With little to no response from the owner is the reason I needed to to make this review. I typically do not complain as nothing is perfect but I thought with having 3 properties in the area this owner would be on top of it. Just disappointed but we still had a great time!!! Just annoying!!!

Amazing!

My friends and I loved our stay here! We came in the Springtime, so we did not get use of the pool. However, we loved having access to the hot tub and having such a large space to hang out. There were 20 of us and we all felt like there were enough spaces to have our own time to ourselves. We talked about how we all want to come yearly and do this again and again. We hope to return sometime this summer or next! Thanks, Rick, for an incredible stay!

Nice setting

Nice house with everything needed for the stay!

I had a very nice stay at this property, we had everything we needed for the stay and the owner even left us a bottle of wine aswell as a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling wine. I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend!
