Very clean hotel! Staff very nice and helpful with check in. We didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t report on the pool or breakfast. My only complaint is that the beds are hard and uncomfortable.

Beds very comfortable, lovely spacious room, the only things that let it down was, no shower gel or rubber non slip bath mat and the lighting in the room was very dull, only two lights in the bedroom one on the table and one between the beds. There should be lights in the ceiling to make it brighter. Breakfast was passable but not as good as in the UK!

Room was very clean. Very easy checking in. Staff very nice and breakfast very good. We had a first floor room. Easy to get luggage in. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops in Saugatuck and only about 15 minutes to Holland Michigan. Plenty of on site parking.

Great stay! The pool and hot tub were awesome. Room was clean. The cleaning lady was very sweet, provided extra towels for us. The hot breakfast was delicious! We went to Pier Cove Park, which was 8 min away, to look for rocks. Oval beach was super close, and we ate lunch at the Barrel!

Front desk staff helpful. We had a slow flushing toilet on arrival , he came right up to remedy the situation. We did not use the pool or hot tub . Needed more towels in room. They were little small and rough. Nice breakfast. Close to town, not walkable.
