This home sleeps 16, but if you need to sleep more, you can rent our home next door to sleep 14 more, for a total of 30 guests!

We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful 3800 sq. ft. Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features vaulted ceilings, a grand front porch, and a basement full of activities for all ages. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 65" flat screen TV, with a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 8-10. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, air hockey table, pop-a-shot, workout room, additional table with seating for up to 14, a theater area with a 9' projection TV screen, and a sectional couch (with pull out full size bed) huddled around a natural gas fireplace. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

New big 8 person hot tub, with lots jets, speakers, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.

Friends & Family Getaway

This property is spacious and beautiful! The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay! The home is clean, the beds are comfortable, and our stay really felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the hot tub, the walking trails on the property, and spending time on the large wrap around porch visiting with friends and family. I would definitely recommend staying in this home!

Family Fun.

This place was fantastic. There was something to do for everyone. Both kids and adults enjoyed the air hockey, foos ball, pong pong, and so much more. We fished in the pond and were able to catch something almost every carch. The walking trail was nice and we even had deer in the back yard.

Great Family Vacation

Family Friendly Property

I stayed 7 days with my extended family and had a wonderful time! The kids (ranging 3-9) loved all the games downstairs and the backyard was wonderful for them to play in. Location is central to all the activities we had planned as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Great getaway!

This house was wonderful, overall. The hot tub was clean and easily accessible, the basement was great with its theater seating, pool table and, pop-a-shot. Comfy beds with plenty of pillows and linens. Very clean as well!

Family Weekend

We enjoyed the property and all it offered. Kids particularly like the lower level with the games and movie theater. The pond was a surprise and this morning we saw two deer at the back of the house.

Great girls trip!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and lots of areas for us to gather. We loved the theater setup, hot tub and fire pit. The location was ideal for visiting downtown Saugatuck and wine tasting. We will definitely be back if we do another trip to SW Michigan!

An amazing getaway!

We loved our stay at this property! The house is very spacious, and everyone in our group found so many things to enjoy inside and outside. Mid Winter Break

We loved staying at this property. The owners were super kind letting us check in early and check out late! They were very accommodating. The property was extremely clean and stocked with necessary supplies. The coffee was a treat as well! Our 13 kids ages 0-11 stayed busy the entire time. They loved the indoor games and the outdoor activities. We will definitely be back!

New Years Eve Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was just as described in the listing. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. We appreciated all of the amenities the owners provided. We enjoyed the hiking trails around the property. The hot tub was a big hit with our family.
