About this property

Historic Cottage by Holland State Park and Lake Michigan Beach.

  • This vintage beach cottage is located in the sand dune hills of Historic Ottawa Beach resort area. Bike paths, sidewalks and board walks surround this cottage giving you access to Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. Walk down the hill and go to the General Store, climb Mt. Pisgah, or walk along the channel into the state park and watch the boats go by. Go the other direction and walk along the upper or lower board walk until you get to the sandy beach of Lake Michigan. Enjoy the sun and surf and don't forget to stay for at least one of our magnificent sunsets.
    This cottage has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a screened in front porch and an open outdoor back porch.

    Please note that there are 2 parking spaces designated for this cottage. The walk from the parking area to the cottage is about 100 ft. I have 2 extra parking passes if needed for another parking area a little farther away.
