Bright and vibrant colors. The Beach House at Lake Street is in the heart of the Lakeshore Area. Lake Michigan and Tunnel Park and a short distance from the vibrant downtown Holland Michigan.

The Charleston is one of 8 luxury units offered by "The Beach House at Lake Street.

FLOOR ONE

Family room area with a queen sofa sleeper, armchair with ottoman, TV, full bathroom, private bedroom with queen bed and TV, mini kitchenette with refrigerator and sink, washer/dryer, private rear patio with grill and seating area.

FLOOR TWO

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Quality, upscale small appliances, dishes, flatware, stemware, cooking utensils and cookware. Half bath. Family room with queen sofa sleeper, mini wardrobe, TV, gas fireplace, and folding chairs for additional seating. Also features a balcony with a view of the pool, as well as a beautiful view of Lake Macatawa.

FLOOR THREE

2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, full bath including whirlpool tub/shower, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom. View of Lake Macatawa.
