Experience Holland Patent like a local in this enchanting 1-bedroom estate. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like heating, WiFi. There are full time tenants upstairs. This place is 25 minutes from Turning Stone Casino and just a short drive to Old Forge in the Adirondack Mountains. Your host is the tenant upstairs. She can reached by phone call or text. For your protection and mine, there are security cameras located on the front and rear of the house.

Rustic Retreat

The apartment was spacious with a large living room. Only complaint was that the baseboard heaters were not working making the apartment fairly cold with mid-40's degree temps outside.
