Wij konden hier meer dan 7 dagen boeken, wat wij heel fijn vonden (van vrijdag t/m zondag), want wij zochten echt iets buiten de normale aanbiedingen.Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, 2 ruime slaapkamers, met 2 helemaal goed badkamers. Voor onze kinderen (1315) hadden wij de slaapbank, die ook prima was. Er bleef genoeg leefruimte over in de keuken om met elkaar te eten, spelletjes te spelen en tv te kijken. Het balkon is heerlijk gelegen op het oosten, zuiden en westen, je kunt de hele dag zon hebben (als de zon boven de bergen uitkomt).Het mooie is dat de lift naar skigebied Kitszki op echt 3 autominuten ligt, maar ook ski Wildkogel - Bramberg ligt op 9 minuten. Dus keuze genoeg op korte afstand. Mocht je nog hoger willen, dan kun je naar Kaprun.Op loopafstand heb je iedere (werk)dag verse broodjes (bakker). Mittersill ligt ook op korte afstand, dus supermarkten genoeg in de aanbiedig. In de buurt (loopafstand) ook nog een goed restaurant, met jawel glutenvrije en lactosevrije gerechten (gasthaus Steestube). Ook zeer goed restaurant bij mittelstation Panoramabahn, te weten restaurant Sunnseit!Contactpersoon Ben houdt je goed op te hoogte van het weer (Pass Thurn) en of je al kunt inchecken. Helemaal prima.

Wir sind zusammen mit unseren 3 Kindern verreist und wollten eine moderne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für uns und die ganzen Skisachen. Zudem sollte sie nicht weit weg von den Skigebieten liegen. Genau das Alles hat uns diese schöne Wohnung geboten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu hat auch beigetragen, dass wir es mit einem sehr netten Vermieter zu tun hatten. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, so dass keine Fragen offen blieben. Vielen Dank Herr Kobe!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist der Hammer. Einfach toll. Wir und auch unser Hund haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem modernen neuen Haus vorgefunden. Die Lage war ideal, um auf kurzem Wege mehrere Skigebiete zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten es mit einem sehr, sehr netten Vermieter zu tun, wir fühlten uns willkommen und es kamen keinerlei Fragen auf. Der nächste Osterurlaub wurde sofort wieder gebucht. Vielen Dank Herr Kobe!!

Wir sind gern mit Freunden im Urlaub unterwegs. Diese FeWo ist perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten gewesen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber via sozial Media und per Telefon. Die Ausstattung ist neu, modern und gehoben. Möglichkeiten die Fahrräder sicher abzustellen sind gegeben. Zu den Freizeitaktivitäten im Frühjahr gehören, alle üblichen Angebote die Österreich zu bieten hat. Radfahren im schönen Pinzgauer Tal oder Wandern in Hollersbach, z.B. der Wanderweg direkt am Fluss entlang. Fazit: Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen auch gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer top Lage zum Skifahren. Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Leichte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Skibus 5 Minuten zu Fuß und eine Haltestelle zu fahren. Schönes Skigebiet. Standort für das Haus war ungenau.

Tolle frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage und nur 3 minuten bis zur Talstation der Panoramabahn. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein kleiner Supermakt und ein Bäcker in fußläufiger Reichweite. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kobe war schnell, nett und unkompliziert. Auch einige Empfehlungen für die Umgebung wurde gegeben! Klare Weiterempfehlung

Eine super Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge 🏔. Wer die Ruhe und Erholung sucht, findet diese auf jeden Fall hier. Vom Ort aus erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ob zu Fuss, per Rad oder per Auto. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist top ob per Email oder Telefon. Es wird schnell auf Anfragen reagiert bzw. geantwortet und eine Lösung gefunden. Die Unterkunft wird auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen 👍. Vielen Dank.
