Incredible Home! Come enjoy A Walk In The Clouds for an unforgettable vacation!
You will feel like you are in the clouds in this four-bedroom lake house! The modern finishes and beautiful gray flooring make this house the perfect vacation spot! for relaxing. On the main level is an open floor plan where the living area, dining area, and kitchen are. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that offers a large island for prep space with seating for two, a Keurig, and quartz countertops! The dining table will seat eight and the extended bar has seating for four additional people. Off the dining area is the deck where there is a gas grill so you can continue your cooking in the fresh Ozarks air! The living area is home to a 70 in TV where you can stream all your favorites!! We also included a fireplace and an inviting sectional.

The main level is home to two of the four bedrooms each with king-sized beds and its own en-suite bath room. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms doubles as a game room with a queen sleeper sofa pull-out and ensuite with a tub/shower combo. It has a small air hockey table, a Simpsons stand-up video arcade game, a shuffleboard table, a ski ball game, and a dartboard! It also has a 70 inch TV and an Xbox series S game. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds and its own ensuite.

Spring Break

The property was in a nice area with great space for our family gathering. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was lacking in basic cookware and virtually no starter supplies. We enjoyed using the pool, playground and pickleball courts. It was conveniently located for the activities we did.

We had a great stay. I'm not sure why the above says lake view as there is definitely not a view of the lake. But we were not expecting one. No comments or complaints other than you need to have someone tighten the legs of the dining chairs. Many were super wobbly We would love to return 👍

New house, some drawbacks

First the good: The upstairs kid area with bunk beds and game room was a great set up for our family. A new, clean house, with plenty of room for our family. Access to a community pool with slide. Location seemed as good as any. Check in was easy. The not-so-good: Be prepared to be absolutely FLOODED with emails and texts from the management team. It is nearly impossible to keep up with them and decipher which ones have information you actually need. I'm talking 20+ emails and 10+ texts. Primary bathroom sink was clogged and unusable. The beds are hard as rocks. The bedrooms have sheer curtains so be prepared to wake up early. In the kitchen there were no plates. You read that right, no plates. Only bowls! There is also only a Keurig so you'll have to make coffee one cup at a time and bring Keurig pods. The game room: No balls for the ski ball. The xbox had no batteries in the remotes. All the fans are set to super-sonic speed and there is no way to turn them down. The dining room chairs and rug need to be replaced. They are badly stained. We stayed over a holiday weekend and unfortunately for us, one of the neighbors was blasting music until after 1am.

Branson Stay

There was dirty underwear and shorts in the floor in a bedroom. A blanket stinks like it's really dirty. The baseboards were covered with thick dust. That's the only dirty part. I am a real estate developer and investor, so I do understand the need to keep cost down for cash flow. It's unfortunate the owner didn't feel it's important to purchase quality beds. That's the one area you don't cut when renting a place for people to stay. Not if you want return customers and good reviews. It's impossible to wrap my mind around not installing proper window coverings for privacy when there's so many neighbors in such close proximity. The bedrooms face the street and the window treatments are see-through. Beware! You do not want to remove your clothes in this room at night with lights turned on in your room. There is no privacy. Forget sleeping in. The sun shines right through thee window treatments. We were happy it's a newer property. Just wish management were paying attention to details and the owner cared about the quality of sleep renters would get and their privacy. Both completely ignored when fitting this home out for renters.

Newly developed property. The pool was nice and easily accessible. I love to prepare the meals during vacation and the kitchen was nicely equipped (except for dinner plates but I had brought paper plates so this was not an issue.) I would recommend

Fun getaway stay

The house easily accommodated two families with enough bathrooms, space and fun things to do at the house and in the nearby area to keep 3 teen girls and 4 teen/preteen boys, and 4 adults occupied. The house was clean and had lots of great amenities to support a fun and relaxed getaway!
