We stayed the weekend to attend a concert at Thunder Ridge. It worked perfectly. We had a group of 10 and this house was exactly what we needed for our group. I recommend this house and the neighborhood.

The home is beautiful. However, most of the amenities of the house (ie. hot tub, game arcade, most of the tvs, and outdoor front lights) did not work.

We had a Great Family gathering here. There were 10 adults and 9 kids all under the age of 8. Lots of room to play. The pool and splash pad were big hits. The kitchen is well stocked minus having any kid plates or filtered water available. The main negative is that the beds on the top floor are Very Very Squeaky and firm. My family and another family stayed up there and with any movement the whole bed moved. I ended up taking our youngest down to the basement since we had space. Also the bedrooms do not have any window coverings. If light bothers you when it comes to sleeping then be sure and bring eye covers.
