A great combination of being in a private location away from other people, yet being close to the activities we wanted to take the entire family to. Stocked with games and equipment to keep our kids occupied when at the home. Only real downside was in order to not lose ping pong balls the garage door needed to be closed. The garage becomes extremely hot with the door closed, so maybe adding a window unit AC in the garage would increase the ability to use it in the summer months.
