Beautiful hooks throughout to hang your clothing, towels, everything! step stools, plenty of storage & luggage racks to unpack your luggage. several rooms provided with a table and chair in the closet. On the go office or simply added temporary spot for your "things".

All new stainless appliances. Top O the Line. Squeeky clean. Air fryer built into oven!

House backs up to woods and walking trails. This is however in a neighborhood houses are next door. Future plans to landscape for additional privacy however this is the best lot! plenty of outdoor seating, new grill, super nice screened in porch for dining with 2 large tables and an outdoor TV to watch the game.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip beds. Leave all bedding on the bed. Cleaning company will take care of that. Hang uptowels anywhere in bathroom crew will remove. Any towels outside put in any bathroom on a hook
Make sure you turn off swim up spa close and lock lid,return key and lock.
Turn off grill gas tank if used Verify all windows are closed. Put all furniture back in where it was. Turn off all lights lock slider & front door. Turn off outdoor light switches at front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

1. NO SMOKING of any substance on the premise, no deck or screened porch or anywhere onsite 2. No towels on floors 3. Place trash in dumpsters
3. chairs and furniture back where you found them 4. Turn off lights on departure including outside lights 5. Never leave stove when cooking
Swim up Spa Lid must be locked and closed when not in use. Do not pee in the pool urine will shut down of pool as chemicals are check daily for safety

Amazing home!

This property had it all. Very beautiful home with plenty of space. Very well-stocked kitchen. TV’s in every room. Beautiful furniture and comfortable. Swim spa was a big hit and also the pool table. Location was excellent also. Enjoyed the community pools also. Would definitely book this property again. Host was also easy to communicate with. This home has it all!
