This was a very nice property! From the entrance to the bedrooms to the back patio and private hot tub, everything was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

I WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO EVERYONE I KNOW THAT PLANS ON COMING TO BRANSON! Absolutely beautiful and very clean. Wonderful location! The pool and the hottub were extremely well maintained and clean. The communication with the managers was wonderful as well. We had a large party of 13 and it had plenty of space and bathrooms for all of us. Looking forward to doing this again! 100% A 10 out 10 stars! THANK YOU

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time! This was our 3rd time staying here and we will be back. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our visit. Matt was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal for everything we wanted to do.

Short getaway, beautiful stay

We were in town with 4 couples attending a conference on The Landing. This place was a perfect stay. It was about 15 minutes from the Landing and it was so quiet and beautiful. The neighborhood of condos is super cute and the condo was big and each couple had plenty of room.

House with plenty of space!

We wanted a place to stay with separate beds for everyone. And oh boy, this place had plenty of beds and space for the family. From what I saw, this place had 5 bedrooms, four of which had kings, one had two bunk bed sets, and there was a pull out in the basement. If you want yard space and outdoor privacy, this place is not for you. Overall, great place to lay your head and have plenty of living space to rest and relax.

50th Anniversary with Family

We really enjoyed finding a place that could accommodate 2 seniors, our four children, their spouses, our 6 grandchildren and our future great grandchild. It is close to activities, has lots to do there and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well appointed, and stocked with necessary items. We had access to everything we wanted to do within a reasonable distance. Perfect would have been water view of the lake, but it was a nice neighborhood. It was 102degrees the daiy we arrived, so it would have been nice to get to the house with the temp below 85degrees, as it cooled down so slowly that we thought the air was not working, but it was. Also an ice maker would have been great, but purchased can be found nearby. We appreciated the homeowner's quick responses to questions and concerns. We did not use all bedrooms, but all king beds were vey nice and comfy. Since Check out was at 10:00, we appreciated not having to change sheets and we were able to leave towels without having to do laundry before departure. Thanks so much for a wonderful property and outstanding stay! We will return!

Relaxed in style

We all enjoyed this home. Ages 8 mo to 67 years. Peaceful, relaxing. Very clean. Liked the pool close by. Location was convenient for all our outings. Highly recommend seeing the Titantic and the Haygoods!!! We would want to stay at this home when we come again. Thank you

Amazing family Christmas vacation

The whole family was surprised when we walked through the door and seen the home. Their reaction was "is this literally ours for the weekend?" 2 families with a total of 9 kids age range between 6-17 years old and their grandpa total of 14 total people and everyone had plenty of room to enjoy. Will be planning a return trip.

Amazing stay

I can’t recommend this property enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Julie had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The charming lake house exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The amenities were outstanding! We especially loved the fire pit and hot tub under the stars, the fully stocked kitchen, and the fact that every room had a king beds and its own bathroom. The theater/game area, with a massive TV, pool table, and kid games, was a fantastic space to unwind. While we couldn’t use the pool this time, I’m already excited to return and experience it! The location is unbeatable just a short drive to Branson Landing, Big Cedar, Top of the Rock, and the Nature Ridge area. Julie was an exceptional host responsive, friendly, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate! It’s an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to come back

Christmas Family Vaca

My family and I traveled from different states to meet up in Holister to enjoy the Top of Rock Nature at Night tour. We all just loved staying at this beautiful home! 4 rooms with King size beds, a bunk bed room and all rooms had an en suite bathroom? That alone was unheard of! We were so thankful to have all the space for our 4 families to be together but we were certainly not smushed together. The home had countless board games, and since we are a big board game family, that was awesome! The pool table gave us hours of fun as we opted to stay in on the rainy Saturday.Check in time was a little late, 4pm, and check out a bit early 10 am. But the fully stocked kitchen and all the fun easily made up for it. We were able to cook, family style, and we had all the pots and serving dishes needed to set out all the food we brought. Do bring a bag of ice! There is no ice maker. We left one for the next group. There were ice trays in the freezer, but our group was 10 large, so it wasn't quite enough. The verandas, yes two screened verandas were just so lovely to sit out in and enjoy a little of the brisky weather with a blanket. We played games out there and it was perfect with a blanket in December. My family is all ready planning our next trip here. Thank you to the hosts for staying in contact with us over the weekend. We didn't have to wait around for a response ever. I was very comfortable knowing that if there were any issues, the hosts would quickly get back to us.

Great house for a family getaway!
