"When we arrived, it took quite some time at the external gate before we were acknowledged and granted entry into the neighborhood. At check-in, the staff realized that although there were four of us, we were staying separately but as part of the same group. We were surprised that we were placed in different buildings, especially since the resort did not appear to be close to full capacity and out of the rooms we booked, only one of us had a neighbor…On a positive note, the concierge desk was excellent…the older gentleman and the red-haired young lady were both warm, friendly, and very helpful.
Unfortunately, our first night, one of us had neighbors. Our attempt at sleep (it was midnight) was disrupted by extremely loud neighbors in one of the units. Security was called, but the noise continued, and the next day, we did let them know. They did accommodate us and we ultimately had to move to a different room. Additionally, at check in, two of us had expressed interest in a lake view, but we were not offered any upgrade options, even at an additional cost. We are accustomed to staying at another resort in the area where the staff is consistently kind and accommodating, so we feel the check-in team here could benefit from improved hospitality and customer service training. Hearing requests and even just acknowledging them and declining would have been better than being ignored.
The room itself was very clean. The units without a view were smaller but adequate for sleeping. "
"For perspective: we are a well-traveled Midwest family of 6 with 4 elementary aged kids. Honestly, possibly my favorite VRBO ever. The beds were extremely comfortable - definitely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel/rental. My watch said I got a sleep score of 100 most nights. It was tastefully decorated without being cluttered. I appreciated the full size supply of descent shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. These are things I don’t want have to worry about when traveling. There were plenty of blankets and towels, including for the hot tub. The hot tub seems new and quite large. The house was very clean - the only dirty spots were dust under the bed (to be expected). The location is fantastic. The kids enjoyed using the kayaks included, and appreciated the life jackets (though only adult size). It’s in a newer development but they did a good job with trees/plants so that it’s very private. The fire pit area was well stocked with wood and also fairly private. The kids enjoyed all the board/card games. Some had missing parts (dominos, battleship) but to be expected at a rental. The kids also really liked the multicade. I do wish we didn't have to use quarters for the shooter game but was spelled out in advance. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Only things to make it better: small coffee supply for at least the first day and night lights in the bathrooms. "
THEATER/GAME ROOM w/100” Screen!! Pool Table! Dining Seats 20! 3 Living Areas!
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful experience. Two king beds on main floor helpful for two sets of grandparents with mobility concerns. 5 more king beds and a pool table gave plenty of space for extended family and teens. Also enjoyed the basketball court in the neighborhood. "
Lakefront condo! Close to Big Cedar, Thunder Ridge, SDC, and Branson. Pool!
10/10 Excellent
"Had a minor issue getting into through the gate, however Eric was quick to respond and able to get through. Highly recommend this pace! Especially for the cleanliness of the place and the outside views!"
Fabulous Patio View Overlooking The Main Channel Of Table Rock Lake
10/10 Excellent
"The lake view is spectacular from the protected deck. Can’t beat the sunrise/sunset colors. This mornings fog was something I hadn’t witnessed up close and it was breathtaking. Condo was clean and well equipped with messages for the essential “how to” on important appliances. "
