Loving Anna Maria Island

This duplex was wonderful! We rented both sides. Very close to beach! Outdoor showers and foot washes. Plenty of room in bedrooms and kitchens and bathrooms!! Trolly stop across the street. We had a large family and it was perfect! I would definitely stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been here many times and great location. Updates in kitchen are nice add since last visit. Home however has some termite damage that needs attention before the place is lost.

The house was spacious and beds comfortable. The dish washers in both units need to be replaced as they do not clean very well.

Delightful home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Family and I rented both sides of the duplex for the week. It was a wonderful choice...a short walk to the beach, a few steps to the trolley stop and right in the middle of everything that was fun. The Ballinger duplex had two outdoor bathrooms with showers to take care of the beach sand. (now everyone wants to build one at home.) plenty of chairs for the beach., and comfortable and spacious rooms. We’re thinking of making this our go to rental for future family reunions.

Great Location

This is a great, older house. We were very pleased overall. The only disappointment we had was that even though the house is pet friendly and we did take our dog, there are no dogs allowed on the beach. I feel like that should have been in a disclaimer somewhere. We were bummed that we had to leave her at the house while we were on the beach. We would have chosen a different beach for the week had we known that before hand.

Great location

Easour family. Had very little communication but was promt with my question about paying. Close to the beach, about a 2 minute walk with my 3 year old grandaughter walking. The duplex was very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, the 5 bathrooms were wonderful when coming back from the beach, bonus a outdoor shower for rinsing off. The parking was plentiful. The duplex, we had both sides, each was comfortable, equipped with all the necessary items plus some. The free trolley pick up was directly across the street. We used it multiple times but riding the trolley with my kids and grandkids to the the ice cream shop was my most favorite. If we ever make it back to Anna Marie I would not hesitate to rent this duplex again. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to use their wonderful property to make our family memories.

Price reflects property

Location of this property is great. 2 minute walk to the beach. I knew the house was old but it was much older than I thought. This property really needs a facelift. 2 of the 5 bathrooms are outside the main house. Beds are not very comfortable. Can really only sleep 6 comfortably. Has 2 kings and 2 twins......the other beds are a futon and 2 fold out couches. TV's are really small. Dishwashers look to be form the 70's. AC works great though! Price probably does reflect the age of the house but given the location a little TLC could go along way with this property.

Spacious and accommodating!

Everyone in the group was extremely happy with this spacious home. We all had a nice and comfy bed to sleep in. Lots of bathrooms and showers. My sisters love to cook and the big kitchen was ideal. The beach was just a stroll away. Had enough parking for all of our 6 cars. Very pleased with the stay. Our only issue was with the WiFi that didn’t work well for our kids iPad.
