"Hotel Thon is a lovely hotel. It is in walking distance to the Ferry. The restaurant food was very good. I wish you could still get your room tidied if not every day every other day. I am a neat person but I still appreciate services that was available. I would stay at Hotel Thon again."

"The dinner was one of the best we’ve had in Europe. And the rooms are very nice and large. The artwork is exceptional. The hotel is a little dated but incredibly well maintained."

"Great location for rail travel (3 minute walk to station). Great breakfast with many options. Room could have a better layout (no bedside table, no bedside charging). No kettle or fan in the room, which would be nice to have. Would definitely stay here again when Oslo rates are very high"
