At check-in, I had great difficulty finding the key, it took around 30 minutes, at night and in the rain. The instructions said it was in the key box next to the door, but the key box was actually on the garden gate. If this detail had been indicated in the instructions, it would have been much easier. Moreover, I even asked the online service. Another issue is that the house is not ventilated.
