"Did not get the room I paid forExtremely disappointed with my stay. I paid for an Ocean View room months in advance, but was downgraded to a room facing tall bushes. The manager on duty was incredibly unhelpful and dismissed my complaint by saying a wedding group took all the rooms and there was nothing he could do.It felt like smaller bookings are treated as second-class guests here. This completely ruined our vacation and is definitely not the standard I expect from the Hilton brand. Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service."

"Check-in took a very long time every time because the front desk was always crowded, but I still tipped. Service at both restaurants was very slow, and the food was just average. There was also an older cashier at the Holoholo store who seemed very dismissive. We wanted to charge items to the room, but she worked very slowly and insisted that we use a credit card instead. We encountered her several times, and it was the same experience every time.The hotel has best view in Kona.Overall, it is worth to stay at least 5days."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff members were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was in good condition, clean, and comfortable, and the scenery/views around the hotel were really nice. All the essential facilities worked well, including the AC, bathroom, and WiFi, which made the stay very convenient and comfortable. The surrounding area is also great, with many places to eat nearby. It’s conveniently located close to convenience stores and the ocean, making it easy to explore the area. My only minor complaint is that the parking lot is somewhat limited and can be a little difficult to park in at times. However, the hotel does provide overflow parking options nearby and collaborates with some surrounding parking areas, which helps a lot. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others."

"The resort rooms are on the small side and they have microwaves available but you need to request (no information offered at check in). They clean only every 5th day but give towels on request. Restaurant closes at 9 PM and very limited choices. But the pool is great and lots to do nearby. It is worth paying for beach view--partial view is basically none at all. The small beach is nice. Best place for breakfast inside is King's Coffee--open early with excellent choices and great lattes."
