"This hotel is more than its excellent views, oceanside restaurant, incredible staff, and close proximity to downtown’s vibrant life. This is a place where I did not feel like a tourist. I felt like someone who belonged. There is nothing artificial about this place. Everything feels authentic, wholehearted, well-meaning, and genuinely welcoming. I never feel like I am simply checking in when I come here. I feel like I am stopping by somewhere my face is remembered after only a two-day visit — and where the prices are just as welcoming. In a world where so many places feel designed only to impress, this one somehow manages to feel human first. That is rare, and it is something people remember long after the ocean view fades into memory."

"This condo is beyond amazing. The lanai is the best part. We enjoyed sitting out everyday and listening to the ocean. I staked claim of the daybed. It was the first place I went upon waking. Everything was clean and fully stocked. The property was very quiet. Parking was plenty and rarely did we have to park at the front of the property. We did go in the off season. The only complaint I have about the place was the small curtain in the queen size room. The light from outside shines into the room. Once you fall asleep it doesn't matter but getting to sleep for me took a bit because of the light. Bring a sleep mask and it won't be a problem. If we ever make it back to the Big Island I will be booking again. I absolutely loved it."

"The deck and view were phenomenal. Open the sliders and the sea is right there in all its glory with binoculars included to help you watch for birds and whales. Also the interior space is quite large for the rate and did include a washer, dryer and dish washer. The downside is that the bedroom is on the street side of the condo and REALLY loud with traffic all night and lights shining into the space despite the mini blinds. Also hot and humid in May with no central air or dehumidifier. We wound up sleeping in the living room which was neither comfortable nor practical. Also the little things like toilet paper and body soap were missing. Toiletries and cooking supplies limited to what was left by other renters. So view, location, and cleanliness great but not so solid with creature comforts."

"Wonderful condo. The kitchen is well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and blankets. The condo is so comfortable and clean! There is a beautiful lanai! Wonderful location! "
