"A very good location in the Old City. A VERY helpful staff, with a slight issue at the hotel restaurant for breakfast the first day. The restaurant is listed as open for breakfast at 7:00 AM - not true. We were there just before 7:00 AM, but no one came to speak to us or take an order until nearly 7:15 AM. We had to leave by 7:30 AM to connect with a tour group. We never received the breakfast, we just had to leave. Fortunately, the next day the staff was much better and we received a very good breakfast in a timely manner. I think this is because we expressed our concern to the staff and they responded properly the next day."

"Amazing hotel! We’ve been to Montenegro and this was truly a wonderful stay, better than ever! Front desk was always helpful, responsive. All staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was great too, no complaints at all! Cleanliness - top notch. Great location, just a right amount of distance/walking to Old town. Nice coffee shops around. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! If you’re hesitant… book now!"

"Room was clean, just small attention to the details were missing, like tiles grout and glass on the balcony need some cleaning improvement. Staff were not overly friendly and welcoming at check in. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Outdoor and indoor pools were amazing. Overall, our experience was very good and we will definitely come back. Location is unbeatable. Thank you Avala resort !"

"Great parking on site. Hotel is very nice and comfortable. It’s a 5 min walk to old town Budva. Breakfast was amazing. Gym is good for a quick workout. Sauna is very nice. Andrea at the front was amazing. She greeted us well and made some recommendations as well for the town. She was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for everything. Will stay again!"

"The room was furnished with older furniture, the carpet was old and stained, the air conditioner worked great although made a lot of noise. Having said that, the location is great, staff is very nice, bed was comfortable and breakfast wad wonderful! Overall a very good option if one one doesn't care whether the room is modet or not."
