"The parking here is a problem. We had to leave our car a few buildings down, not close. Also elevator goes to 3rd floor, but then there’s steps which is hard with heavy luggage. It’s a little far from the action downtown would have liked to have been closer. Also on a really busy street, several fire sirens. Renovation is well done, rooms are large. The breakfast that is included comes to your room in a bag in the morning, which was odd and not warm."

"The apartment looked slightly worse for the wear compared to the pictures. It was decorated well enough but everything looked old and a bit rundown. The beds in both rooms are very small and not very comfortable. The window unit AC units are very loud. The location is walkable from downtown and the waterfront but the neighborhood it’s in is not great. We were excited to be close to a large park but it ended up being filled with drug junkies. I definitely wouldn’t walk around alone at night here."

"Hotel itself was nice. However the area it is in constantly smelled of weed and Friday night was a bit loud due to a club across the street (rest of the nights were great). As someone who grew up in this area the homelessness and weed was a bit disappointing."

"We loved the Harborview! My husband and I took a mini-getaway to Portland so stayed only one night. I wish we had been there longer. It was a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed, and the view was GREAT. Every staff person we encountered was lovely and helpful. I have to say, the elevators were blazing fast. Maybe that's a weird thing to notice, but it was kind of great! No waiting! We ordered room service after plans unexpectedly changed, and it was delicious. Also, the breakfast at the cafe on site was also delicious. My only complaint is that the showers are the rainfall kind, which I hate. But that's not enough for me to get bent out of shape about. Our whole stay was just great and I can't wait to go back! Oh, also, rooftop bar is great! Just closes a bit early. Still, overall the whole place gets an A+ from me."
