Custom Built Home W/ Amazing Views Of Kachemak Bay

A 2000 sq. foot 2 bedroom 2.5 bath custom built home located on 3 private acres. Beautiful spruce trees and wildflowers surround the property.

Heather View Vacation Rental is great for couples , families and friends.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed,walk in closet, a sitting area with a lovely view and an attatched deck.

The main bathroom has a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub for two. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay perfect including all cooking utensils microwave, coffee maker and breakfast bar.

There is a comfortable living room with leather furniture and a separate dining room with sliding glass doors. The lower level has a trundle bed that can be 2 single beds or 1 king bed.There is an entertainment center with a large sitting area and a leather couch and a leather recliner. Also a 50' flatscreen t.v. with cable. The entire house is equipped with WIFI. Outside there is a large wrap around deck with BBQ grill and large landscape lawn with picnic area and firepit.

This place was everything I’d hoped it would be. Very comfortable for two couples and the views from the windows and balcony were incredible. I would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Homer which we also loved.

Amazing place!

We loved our 5 night stay in this very private, large home. Great views, saw a moose and her calf in the neighbor's yard, comfortable beds and great kitchen (with sharp knives, a rarity for rentals!) Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Homer.

This is simply the best property we’ve ever stayed in through VRBO! Amazing home, views, and host! The host had wonderful communication and showed thoughtful preparation for our arrival and stay. Awesome place in great town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, house was stocked with everything we needed. A short drive to grocery store and shops. Nature Center nearby was great as was the guided tour.

Amazing!!

This spacious, well decorated home has amazing views and was so comfortable for two married couples. We saw two moose next to the yard. Twice we enjoyed dinner while gazing at the beautiful bay and mountains. We loved every minute of our stay! Host was wonderful!

This was a repeat stay for us. We just love the house and the views of the deck are incredible. And then there's Maggie...the best host every she is so accommodating with any request. We will definitely be back again we just fell in love with Homer.

Incredibly beautiful and well maintained. Maggie keeps it stocked with many of the everyday items you need. Million dollar views of Kachemak Bay and Cook Inlet. Remote, peaceful and awesome. We hope to be back.

Homer Getaway

Such a lovely home situated on the hillside. Our 3 nights/days were mostly cloudy so we never got to capture the entire view.. but we know it must be amazing! Large living area, bedrooms were comfy, and Loved all the art from around the world! Highly recommend a stay here!

Maggie Burns the owner was awesome. A group of four of us fishermen stayed five days, self-catered ,and enjoyed having the two and one-half bathrooms. Of course the views from the decks were magnificent.

Beautiful property in Diamond Ridge

We had a great time in Homer. Property pictures very accurate. Owner on property on site but out of sight. She was VERY responsive when we had a minor issue. Really appreciated the kitchen stocked with coffee, teas, spices, etc.

Perfect Family Home with Amazing Views!

The whole process of checking in and out as well as communication before and during the trip with Maggie was seemless! We would highly recommend this stay! We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine from either outdoors on the deck or indoors from the dining room, livingroom, and master bedroom. We even saw 3 moose- 1 coming right into the yard! It was the perfect Alaskan Getaway! The location was ideal from Homer- super easy access to get into town, yet in the country with the more secluded feel.

Heaven on earth

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The owners were awesome in assisting me with ANYTHING I needed. The accommodations are everything advertised and more. I really enjoyed being able to sit outside, at the fire pit, taking in all the beautiful surroundings. Lots of outside deck space also to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to town, shopping and restaurants. The house is very spacious and has everything I needed. I will definitely be returning next year.
