"First impressions of people make lasting impressions. When I went to check in I wasn’t greeted with a smile, hello…nothing. The male clerk at the counter wasn’t that pleasant either. His attitude made me feel I was an inconvenience. There was a woman in there who was nice and at checkout the other woman was nice as well.
