"It is advertised as right on the water, and well, it is, except it's a bit of a hike to get to the water and could not view from the room. Room was decent, Nice balcony that did have a view but not as nice as expected. To actually get the views you needed to go hike down to the water. "

"Connie is flexible and accommodating. Four adults came from out of town to visit family. Our 8 yr old AK granddaughter stayed with us each night and loved being with us. We ate out for breakfast/brunch/lunch meals but cooked all of our meals in the kitchen for us and our AK family. A little crowded for 10 of us, but we made it work and had a great time! Will definitely stay there again when we return."

"Beautiful, well equipped. Loved watching the sea planes. Super comfy beds. Extra blankets and linens. Appreciated that there was detergent provided and all the other necessities. Beautiful kitchen. Felt very safe and enjoyed being across from the Homer Brewing! Just picturesque. Would visit again. "

"The owner was very helpful. Gave us ideas of places to eat, and some things to do. The apartment was lovely, very roomy, a little alcove where to eat your breakfast and look outside. The first floor is the owner’s bookshop a wonderful place to browse and find that treasured book that you didn’t even know you needed!"
