The floors, vanity, and bathroom were dirty. And the bathroom door was broken and had no latch, so it would not close all the way. One of the bedside tables had a broken leg. "

"Room was awful, rotting board by the bathtub, dirty floors, shower curtain was old and shredding, no hot water in the morning for shower, stains on the ceiling, changed rooms, not that much better, floor trim by bathroom door had screws standing high and just all around not the greatest . Needs a MAJOR refurbishment, TV was unwatchable and and when I complained was told, ‘spectrum have been working on it and can’t fix it’ it pixelated and was unwatchable!! Never again "

"The property was old looking, but the rooms have the little porch right off the room looking over the river was great. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. We thought the bed was so comfortable. It was a great night sleep. The staff was perfect! It was my 60th birthday and my daughter went there to see if she could put something in our room and she said they were great helping her. I arrived and the girl said Happy Birthday as soon as she saw my name. Then when I was checking out that girl said Happy Birthday also. We will be back and the new property looks awesome. We would love to have a room on the water again. Also the Tiki Bar gave me a free shot to celebrate my special day! Thanks for making me birthday so special!"
