"Everything in this Hacienda was so amazing, of course when you are in so much nature you have to get used to bugs and everything nature brings you. Food was amazing!! Congrats to the chef! We ran into some issues of electricity in our cenote tour and they were not prepared for it; this is the only issue we ran into."

"Shambalanté is truly a hidden jewel in the heart of the Yucatecan jungle—a sanctuary for the soul. From the moment you arrive, time seems to slow down, replaced by a deep sense of peace, quiet, and connection with nature. Everything about this place invites you to breathe more deeply, to let go, and to reconnect with yourself and with the nature around you. The surroundings are simply magical, and the atmosphere feels both grounding and gently transformative. And the food… absolutely wonderful. Thoughtfully prepared, nourishing, and full of flavor, it complements the entire experience beautifully. If I had known just how special Shambalanté is, I would have stayed a full week instead of just three days. Thank you to Doris, Ricardo, and the rest of the team. I will definitely be back."

"I loved everything about this place! The staff is incredible - especially Javier and Flor. The electricity and WiFi went out due to the thunderstorms but they had a generator and I appreciated being disconnected tbh."
