"We had a nice stay. Everything was as advertised. The lid to the hot tub was difficult to work with. We almost couldn't get the lid back on. It is way too heavy for ladies to manage."

"Clean place. It was single digits in Feb when we went so the heat had a hard time keeping up (expected). Could use a few more warm blankets. Recommended. "

"First, our hosts Ed and his wife were attentive, friendly, and very responsive. A minor problem that arose was settled in minutes. I cannot say enough about how good they were from the booking process all the way through our stay. The house itself was exactly as described on the website, a fact that we found remarkable considering other houses we have rented in the past. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils and dish ware. The downstairs bathroom is large and features a huge walk in shower. The outdoor area is amazing. The fire pit area is right on the lake. I highly recommend both the property and its owners. "

"This cabin was super cute, just what we needed to escape the city. Bigger than expected and quiet. We enjoyed the easy walk to the water. "

"Highlights: bird-watching/wildlife viewing from the deck and living room! Spacious gathering areas. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.Lowlights: while the primary bedroom suite was quite spacious, the other bedrooms ranged from small to cramped; this was not apparent in the photos. There is some mold in the basement, not uncommon in lake homes, but it discouraged us from using the ping pong table. The home is older than it appears in photos and needs some maintenance and updating (especially the carpets.)"
