"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay and the issues we experienced during check-in and with the condition of our room. Our check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM, however, when we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready. We were required to wait past the designated check-in time, which was frustrating after planning our arrival based on the stated policy. Once we were finally able to access the room, we encountered a more concerning issue, the door would not properly lock. This created a safety concern and made us feel uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the room or relaxing during our stay. A functioning and secure door is a basic expectation for any hotel accommodation. The lock was fixed by maintenance but we were ready to go to sleep and waiting for them to fix the door was another inconvenience. We chose Hampton/Hilton because of its reputation for quality and reliability, so this experience was disappointing. I would appreciate your review of this situation and any steps you can take to address the inconvenience and safety concern we experienced."

"We had our wedding last weekend at the Knibbe Ranch and it just so worked out that there are 2 cabins on the property. The cabins are so cozy and warm and it feels so peaceful being out here. I loved every minute of my stay and I can’t thank Shannon enough for her hospitality! We met at the gate coming in and my sister and I were kinda lost! lol but Shannon was so friendly and helpful and she guided us on how to get to the cabin. I will definitely be back to stay! "

"What a wonderful space for our group! We had come to the area for my daughter's wedding. It was a perfect place for our family to relax, work on wedding things, and be quiet in the morning walking the property. I will definitely stay here again if/when I need a home over a hotel room. What a blessing it was to have found this place! "

"Don't stay here unless you want to sleep with rodents!! My family traveled to Texas due to the loss of a family member. Typically I would have complained to the host right away. But under the circumstances we were greiving and just dealing with our loss and attending the service. When I returned home I sent the host pictures of the disgusting conditions we were staying in and requested a full refund. She declined our request and told me that she would have moved us to another home on the property. Now why in the world would we want to move to another home as it probably would have the same issues. Regardless don't stay here unless you don't mind sleeping with mice!! "

"Beautiful little home. Great for a getaway weekend away from the city, but still plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby. Michelle was quick with her responses and very helpful. We would love to come back in the future!On a clear night my husband and I were able to stargaze and I was able to get some beautiful photos."
