More room facilities at a good price
Great location at a reasonable price. This hotel is one of the very few that provide a mini kitchenete including microwave oven.

The room is big if compare to other hotel in Hong Kong, however. We found water leaking from the table and to the floor, the bed sheet of one of the bed is weird, made me feel ichy for hours, until I move to another bed, the shower head in the bathroom is broken, and weird long hair over the floor.

The bottom of the shower curtain is full of black dots and I guess it is the Mould and no one clean for long long time, it is really disgusting!

Hotel is a pretty reasonable location in Sheung Wan. Can walk to soho in 10-15 minutes if you know your way. Tram also quite accessible to get anywhere. Two MTR stations within 5min walk. Supermarkets very close by (Welcome 2 doors down and Umart one street behind hotel. Starbucks, 7 eleven etc stone throw away. Room was functional, good to have small fridge, tea coffee and microwave. Bed reasonable. Room pretty good size for HK and small gym allows a workout (eliptical, chin up bar, bike, dumbells, bench, yoga mats, to 10 kg). Pretty good for the price, could have been a touch cleaner but reasonable overall. LEts face it unless your spending lots of time in your room (stay Marriott, Four seasons , shang gri La or mandarin oriental) then this hotel is a good budget option to use as a crash pad, and decent size. Pretty good overall.

The room was clean, sufficient size for the length of stay. Check in was easy and they let us keep our bags at the venue until check in time. The location is close to transport - bus, train and tram. Although if your put off my smells - I wouldn’t recommend staying in this area. The streets are full of dried seafood shops which is quite off putting especially in the heat. But if you don’t mind this, it’s a good hotel to stay at!

Decent Budget hotel
I am not as lucky as most reviewers that got upgraded to bigger rooms or suite. With the price paid in Expedia, we got the smallest room in the hotel, their advertised walk-in rate didn’t make much difference. Even they checked us in the smallest room but again I have to admit that it’s still considered decent size in HK standard. We love the neighbourhood, lots of dried seafood stuff and Chinese herbs shops along the street. There’re supermarkets, eateries, Starbucks and tram station nearby.

Hidden gem at Western HKG
Easy access via tram, bus and MTR. Airport bus stops at Macau ferry terminal bus stop outside Shun Tak Centre, less than 10min walk to hotel. Location is good for me - near enough to city centre but away from the crowd. Room is spacious by HK standards, also bcos it's an apartmt/suite, equipped w microwave, small kitchen top n sink area, in addition to the usual fridge, kettle, iron, sizeable wardrobe n safe. Clean and comfortable bed. Will stay again for future trips to HK.

이비스 호텔과 굉장히 가깝습니다 트램역이 바로 앞에 있고, 사이잉푼역까지 걸어서 3분이면 갑니다 직원들이 굉장히 친절했고, 최근에 오픈한 호텔이여서 그런지 내부가 굉장히 깔끔하고 모던합니다 다만 케이블티비는 안나옵니다. 호텔 앞에 큰 건물이 있어서 하버뷰는 어느층을 가도 조금 힘들거 같구요 방도 크고 냉장고 성능도 좋고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나옵니다. 이정도 가격에 충분히 묵을만한 호텔이라고 생각합니다

I stay at this hotel for a night. The location is convenient and near the MTR and their a number of stores around the hotel. Our room is on a high level of the hotel. The sights is many building and road. But still silent at night. Overall is not outstanding but acceptable. Part of TV channel is not work.

huge room in Hong Kong standard
before arrival i had some enquiries about check in and room assignment. the staff who replied to me was just mechanical and very unhelpful. very bad first impression. the room itself is in fact quite alright. clean and spacious. plenty of cupboards for storage. could use one more chair in the room though. the lights are a bit too dim. other than that there is nothing much to complain about. the laundry was a bit of nightmare, as one out of two washing machines and one out of two dryers were out of order. if someone else is doing their laundry you will have to wait for ages. convenient location - tram stop at doorstep, MTR station few minutes walk away, supermarket 50 metres away.

Great hotel in Sheung Wan
This hotel was great and it has the option of a King size bed. Most hotels in HK only has a Queen size bed so this is a bonus for my husband and I. The rooms are huge compared to the hotel I stayed in previously in Central. It is close to take any transportation. MTR is about 5-10 mins walk. The bus and the tram station is right outside the hotel. I really liked this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Easily accessible by the A11 bus from airport. Large room, especially by HK standards. Had kitchenette and there is a supermarket very close by. Comfortable room, I recommend it

Especially Miss Au, she answered the phone with rude manner, always replied "up to you" , "up to you", when I asked for the supervisor, she replied " she is on vacation for 7 days". It seems she was the only one staff in the hotel and she's the one in charge of everything in the hotel. very disappointed. Miss Au needs professional training.

We wouldn't stay in this property again but I guess that being in Hong Kong, we couldn't have expected anything better for the price. There are no amenities and only a tiny lobby. Do not expect a good workout in the so called gym: really only a depressing room with one treadmill and a couple of weights. Another let down was the wifi connection that was not reliable. Overall an average run down property with no vibe that needs some refreshment and better maintenance. The plus were that rooms are large and the different people at the front desk were nice. Nice dim sum place next door.

A fairly log stroll from the nearest mts station at .5 km. Central and quick to many things to see. A bit sparse and overpriced except for Hong Kong. A little like a student dorm with typical hallway noise. Quiet as far as street noise.
