Nice hotel, centrally located in Hong Kong. The AC wasn't making the room very cold, which was a drawback, especially since the room was quite small. Staff were extremely helpful providing tips on where to eat and what to visit.

Great location, the rooms are very chic and nice - a little small but not a big deal. Would be awesome if there was a bit more gym equipment, but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel during our anniversary trip to Hong Kong, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond! They were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. When they learned it was our anniversary, they surprised us with thoughtful touches that made the occasion feel truly special. It's rare to find a team that brings such care and personal attention to every interaction, and it made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate such a meaningful milestone. Highly recommend.
