The room is very clean no question about it the service is good the only main concern that I have is the safety the door that lead 2 of my adjoining room is so hazardous that if there is a fire it will be hard to get out at the same time its so tiny I will not take any chances of getting trap at that door so please keep in mind that these places are not spacious check and double check about this hotel before booking safety first specially if you have children staying with you but overall the hotel is very convenient to all places and transportation I will recommend the hotel.

The room service people were polite and friendly. The front desk people were not very friendly and was a kind of stoic. They were not very friendly to answer questions!

Loved the room, was on a high floor and had a nice view of Victoria Peak and surrounding buildings, location is pretty close to the MTR station, the staff were nice, the lady in the first floor managing the elevators was very kind.

We had a wonderful family trip to this hotel with our adult children and teenager. We chose one of the spacious rooms, which was actually three rooms connected. Everyone was comfortable and had three bathrooms. The hotel provided basic breakfast, but some of us sometimes complemented it with a Starbucks at the corner of the street. It’s conveniently located near the tramway, bus stop, and Sheung Wan metro station. Laundry machines are available. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

Clean spacious room. Conveniently located. The shower was one of the best of any hotels we have stayed at. Bed was a bit too firm for us. Have stayed at their sister location around the corner. It’s just as good.

Very good location close to Western Market, the room was very nice and quite big for HK and the low rate, free coffee and toast in the morning Cons: A bit run down already, only 2 elevators can cause a bit of traffic jam during peak hours. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, value for money

Located near the subway, buses to airport, ding ding, restaurants and shopping. You can't find much better for the price. The rooms are ok in size, pretty new but not top notch, the beds are hard but still comfy and the staff was fantastic. Hotels in Hong Kong is expensive, so if you don't wanna spend your whole budget on the hotel, then this is the place to stay!

Property very small and rooms are nowhere near what the photos indicate. Bathroom has bad smell and in need of remodeling. Surrounding area is very busy but businesses close early (8pm) compared to mong kok and tsim sha tsui. Staff was reasonably nice however.

Easy check-in and check-out

I like the location and room size. I stayed on Saturday and think the price was reasonable. I was also able to check in early, which I didn't expect. The comments of the small lifts are true. You may have to wait a few more minutes during the busy check-in and check-out period. One thing I don't like about the hotel is that guests who smoke enjoy gathering at the entrance and leaving trash everywhere.

My family of four stayed in this hotel for a week long trip to Hong Kong. The hotel location was great - 5 minute walk to subway, buses, trams, ferries. There are plenty of food and shopping options close by with Central only a 15 min walk or 1 subway stop. The breakfast was very basic (toast, roll or croissant with jam, juice and coffee). It was disappointing to not have coffee/tea/milk provided in the room despite there being a kettle and cups. Hotel guests have to travel down to level 3 to get a coffee and take it back to your room. Our biggest challenge with the hotel was the beds. Both beds were VERY hard. After just two days, our whole bodies ached. Way too hard for us - but perhaps suits other people. The staff that we encountered were all very helpful and polite!
