The view was unbeatable. It's such a shame that the window glasses were not cleaned property, thereby damaging the view. But other than that, location is excellent, good quality amenities, super comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The free laundry facility was much appreciated. And as an Expedia gold member, my room got upgraded to the luxe harbour view king! Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit HK.

This is by far the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. They’ve upgraded my room to a suite because it’s my little girl’s birthday. The room is huge and the best part is, it’s super clean. Great staff from the door to the desk to housekeeping. Excellent location in one of HK Island's best neighborhoods blending old and new, local and international. Fantastic, spacious, comfortable room (the pictures don't lie). Free self service laundry available. Housekeeper learned I really enjoy my coffee and left me extra pods each day. Front door staff were friendly and attentive at all hours. Fantastic view of Lantau, Tsing Yi, Kowloon, the West side of the harbour, (formerly) IG Pier, and the tram yard. For the price, can't beat the quality and convenience. Some minor maintenance finish things I noticed that could perhaps be improved, but for what I got out of this stay, I can't knock anything. Would stay again anytime I'm back in HK.

A beautiful, new hotel in Sai Ying Pun. The seaview room is worth the higher price!! After a shower, put on the plush bathrobe, and it's very therapeutic to just sit and gaze at it. Oasis in the city.

Great views of Victoria Harbor. Very modern hotel. Free washer and dryer machines on the 5th floor. Very friendly staff. Close to public transport. Shower has plenty of water pressure. AC works perfectly. Overall 5 stars without a doubt.
