No advance warning thst pool would be closed. Place needs a massive deep clean as dirty. Bathrooms are far too small with the toilet bowl blocking access to the shower and cannot be used if you are tall and your needs require you to sit. Now sound proofing and the elevators floor displays are mostly broken. Good location and good viewer.

The hotel was in a convenient location, but the room was the size of a shoe box. There was no sq feet when booking the room and that was clearly why, you couldn’t even sit on the toilet without your knees hitting the tub! But the AC worked amazing which was needed in the heat! And check in and checkout was so easy and quick, we left early in the morning and they have a key slot you don’t even have to talk to anyone!

I was a little disappointed in this hotel. The rooms are really tiny and you can barely walk in them and the bathroom is the same. They have a pool in the roof, which I was looking forward to but you could not use it because they only open it on certain seasons so it was pointless , the only nice thing I can actually say about this place is the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a city-view, cheap room. It was very accessible to an MTR station, and as a huge hotel with many rooms, the staff members knew what to do. The facilities are a bit old, but compared with other hotels and considering the price, it was an okay stay. I am willing to stay again. The fire alarm rang early in the morning, and I felt a bit insecure, considering that I stayed on the 33rd floor.
