預定時顯示為6樓，但實際要去1D CHECK IN，之後被安排住1樓，見房間正常就接受此安排，1樓得3間房，隔音好差，可能電視看唔到原因，預定時顯示有電視提供，入住後發現沒有遙控器，大媽職員十問九唔知，要我用普通話去同佢溝通，大大聲視像唔載口罩，要我晚上9點後再問返夜班的職員打發我，9點問另一位大媽，大媽竟然話電視壞左，我要求換房佢話間間房電視都壞的，我要求退房退錢，佢就死死氣帶我入房搵左個收起左的遙控器出黎，大媽沒有戴口罩入我房及講話(依家有疫情呀大佬，一點衛生意識都無點開旅館)，最後電視開了維持在目錄的一頁叫我自己慢慢試就走了，當然我試完都係睇唔到就放棄了，最後2晚住宿無電視中渡過，無電視一個問題係太靜，一直聽住大媽們職員用方言/普通話傾計，佢地又會用另外兩間房的廁所/早上梳洗。另外熱水爐係電熱水爐(即要預早20分鐘煲熱一桶用)，第一次使用預早煲水，知道唔可以長時間沖已經有心理要快沖，但快係講緊5分鐘內，一開水好熱，調到去溫水都好熱，要等一陣先變溫水，但好快就要每5秒就調熱少少，唔洗3-4分鐘已經變凍水了，所以沖涼速度要4分鐘內完成，否則又要多等20分鐘煲水。另外旅館有牙刷毛巾提供(相片中無影到)，但毛巾要比50蚊訂金，退房時退回，在房中不停聞到煙味，床單有黃色的污漬，這旅館唯一好處係床算舒服(雖然有EAT EAT聲)

わけわからん

どのゲストハウスはわかりにくいが、特にここはわかりにくかった。違うゲストハウスの窓口で受付とか、想定外。きちんとサイトに書いてほしい。かなり悩み迷った。正解は2Fの空間旅館って看板のところ。

カビだらけ

シングルルームを予約しました。 案内された部屋は受付がある建物とは別の場所にあり、居住用のマンションを無理やり改築している所でした。エアコンは付いていますがエアコン自体もカビだらけ。窓も開かないため、壁にもカビが繁殖しています。部屋はカビだらけであるため息が出来ません。非常に臭くて不衛生です。泊まったら病気になりそうなので別のホテルに移動しました。 このような場所がホステルとして営業が出来ること自体が信じられませんでした。また、他のレビューなどを参考にしてこちらのホステルを選びましたが評価が高かった事も信じられません。 寝るだけだとしても本当におすすめできません。

finding the check-in reception was terrible since the address does not correspondence correctly. there's was no cleaning & turn down service & no change of towel. the room is worn out, fixture were old, lighting was poor, bathroom door was missing, exhaust fan was not working. in short a nightmare experience.

立地は良いです。値段相応のベストハウスです。スタッフはきちんと対応してくれます。安いゲストハウスですので、スタッフも英語はあまりわかりませんが、会話しようとする印象はあります。お湯は出ました。ですが、温度が安定しませんでした。そこも含めて、安宿の醍醐味と思える人には最適だと思います。

Not easy to find, and once I did get up to the proper portion of the 6th floor, the space was wide open with two empty run-down rooms (doors to each also wide open) but there's a sign on the wall that says to go to a spot on the 1st floor. Once there, at 2:01pm they said come back at 3pm. Despite two empty rooms clearly visible. Not ideal. Not worth the price I paid. Close to a large shopping center and lots of restaurants however.

I was shown to my room upon arrival and was told they would return with the key to my room. After a half an hour I tried calling, no luck. Calls had to be made by several people to finally get a key to my room, after an hour of being trapped they finally brought the key. I decide to leave early, I paid for trip insurance with Expedia, they and their 3rd party and this guest houserefused to honor the claim.

It was a hostel with competitive price. Acceptable service and limited support from the owner (there was only one staff who did not speak English and could not leave the counter). You have to find your room in the building yourself.

Stay somewhere else

There was a used towel hanging up in the bathroom of my room. I know it was used because it was still damp to touch. Crawling up from the shower drain was a constant stream of tiny ants. At least 20 at a time going back and forth to a hole in the wall. The only time the flow of ants stopped was when the shower was running. When I choosing from the many hotels in Hong Kong, I was looking for something with an actual dedicated shower space. I looked at the photos the hotel has provided for this website and thought that I had found what I was looking for. Logically I know that a hotel cannot provide pictures of every room that it has, but not one picture showed a bathroom like the one I received. Had I realised that the shower situation would be like this, I would have booked a room somewhere else for a similar price. The walls and the bedding have stains on them of various colours. Also during my stay, I came across a cockroach. I believe this shows just how 'clean' the room is. The only positive thing I have to say is that the hotel is located close to Causeway Bay Station as well as a good shopping area and large mall. If you have the choice, choose to stay somewhere else.

Wrong location

Check in was at Phoenix Apartment Lee Garden Road, but had to walk 15 minutes with heavy luggage to Paterson street were additional rooms were available. Location is part of the booking which was not as expected!

入り口が分かりづらく少々困りましたが、ビルの関係者と思われる方に訪ねると助けてくれました。 ゲストハウスのスタッフも親切で、部屋は清潔、エアコンがあって快適。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。 部屋のトイレとシャワーは極狭空間にまとまっている、ゲストハウスに良くあるタイプです。 壁が薄い様に感じましたが、宿泊している人たちのマナーも良く、騒々しさは感じませんでした。

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL

The dirtiest place I ever stayed in my life. Had hair all over the bathroom floor. Nobody was at the reception when I checked-in and my room key was put over the reception desk with my name on a paper. The hotel was in passable conditions.

Get better place for your staying instead of this

Don't be cheated by the pic of the common area that you think it's the comfy kind of place for backpackers. It's just an area for smokers. I mistakenly accommodated there and regretted. The only good was the location which was close to the city centre. The cleaniness of the shower and toilet was not satisfactory. There should be better places for you to accommodate. Get rid of this.
