"Great hotel and great value for the price. The hotel is situated in the suburbs of Hong Kong, and I chose this hotel because it was close to where my friends lived. If it not close to Kowloon or HK Island, but it is easily accessible by transit, although it would take at least 30 minutes during off peak times. The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked very well and my room was spacious. The staff were generally friendly and the service was good. The complimentary breakfast had good variety, with a generous mix of western and Asian dishes. The free shuttle was convenient, but it didn't come at regular intervals, so one had to check the schedule regarding service. I was not able to make use of the shuttle on this stay, but it would have been convenient if timing had worked out. Laundry facilities were good, but the cost per use was a bit pricey ($40 HKD). The rooftop pool and the gym facility was good, although I only had a look and was not able to make use of it on this trip. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay at this property again in the future. "

We also want to commend two staff members, one of whom is Ms. Karley Wai, but I forgot the name of the other. They were in charge of managing our room and were very responsible, polite, and sincere in their work."

"We love the location, it was very beautiful part of Saikung. I am very grateful to the hotel staff, who gave me my room key after I had checked out, but later discovered I had lost my bracelet. After getting the room key, I was able to find my bracelet in the bathroom. Thank you!"
