"The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see...

"部屋の窓からの景色が素晴らしい！ コロンス島やライトアップされた船を眺める事ができます。中山路に非常に近く食事や買い物に便利だった。設備や内装は簡素だが、ちゃんと清掃されていたので快適に過ごせた。（冷蔵庫が無いのが誤算だった） 不慣れな場所で困っていたところ、フロントスタッフが手伝ってくれた。 良い旅行が出来た、どうもありがとう！！"
